In a time of uncertainty, managing one’s career can be a difficult task even for seasoned professionals—many of whom have not been on the job market for several years. Nevertheless, objectively examining one’s position and the climate of the job market is crucial to making the best of difficult times.

In this session, we will examine some of the career choices available to and take a closer look at the opportunities that exist for experienced HR professionals. More specifically, we will explore how seasoned professionals can manage job transitions, change industries or specializations, and redirect their careers to capitalize on their HR backgrounds. Moreover, we will explore a different perspective on networking strategies and learn to better understand our role and responsibility in creating and managing a professional network.
