The Philadelphia SHRM Board is made up of three key areas; Operations, People, and Programming.  Within these three focused areas are many committees to help keep the Philadelphia SHRM Chapter second to none, but in order to do that, we depend on our members to volunteer and get involved.

With your involvement you can assure that we continue successfully in meeting the needs of our members.  Volunteering is your perfect chance to make a difference in the region’s HR community and to network with Philadelphia’s most Senior Human Resource professionals.

Steps to becoming a volunteer:

1. If you are interested in volunteering for our chapter, please complete and submit the online volunteer form in its entirety.
2. Once your form is received with your marked area(s) of interest, we will forward your contact information to the appropriate committee chair member.
3. The Committee Chair will then be in touch with you regarding your interest on the committee.

Time commitment:

Philadelphia SHRM welcomes all levels of volunteers, from those whom can commit to only one event to those who would like to volunteer and become a committee chair member and be a part of a lot of events. Volunteering means you get the opportunity to give as much as you can.
